The studio is conveniently located at Sorrel Horse House, 1 Sorrel Horse Mews, Grimwade Street, Ipswich IP4 1LN. Parking is available during the day at Fore St Swimming Pool, and after 6:00 pm, free parking is available at Goals Ipswich or along Grimwade Street. There is also limited parking at the front of the building.

Suffolk Yoga offers a wide variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences. From dynamic Vinyasa flow to gentle Yin and Restorative sessions, there is something for everyone. The studio also provides private yoga sessions for those who prefer a more personalised approach.
