Adults are also welcome to join the Taekwon-Do for Adults programme, where they can learn self-defence techniques and improve their fitness levels.

For those who wish to take their martial arts training to the next level, HSTS Taekwon-Do offers the Taekwon-Do for Athletes programme. This programme is designed for individuals who aspire to compete at national and international levels. Under the guidance of Master Horan VIII, students in this programme have the opportunity to join the UTA Squad and participate in competitions worldwide.

HSTS Taekwon-Do is proud to be a member of the UTA and UKITF, which are recognised national and international organisations for ITF Taekwon-Do in the UK. This affiliation ensures that students receive authentic and high-quality training in ITF Taekwon-Do. The school is also recognised by the British Taekwon-Do Council, further demonstrating its commitment to upholding the standards and ethics of the sport.

The instructors at HSTS Taekwon-Do are dedicated to teaching the authentic martial art of ITF Taekwon-Do to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
