Originally from Perth, Australia, Michael has been teaching Pilates in the UK for over 18 years. With a background in dance, Pilates has always been an integral part of his training, enhancing his core strength and flexibility. After retiring from dancing, he decided to pursue a career as a full-time Pilates Instructor and has been dedicated to helping others reap the benefits of this incredible exercise method.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael taught regular classes in London, Eastbourne, Polegate, and Hailsham. While he is currently unable to offer in-person group classes, he has created a solution for his clients to continue their Pilates practise from the comfort of their own homes. Introducing Michael on Demand, an online platform that provides access to a wide range of Pilates classes with Michael as the instructor. Clients can choose from a selection of 24-hour access single classes or save even more by subscribing for full access to all of Stretch & Flex's on-demand classes every month.
