Starlight Trampoline and Gymnastics Club in Romsey is a friendly, community-focused gym where everyone can enjoy a variety of sports. Founded in 2005 by Sheryl Milburn, a local parent keen to offer kids affordable sports options, Starlight’s non-profit status means it’s all about promoting both physical and mental well-being.
Sheryl and her team of volunteer coaches and judges ensure a safe, healthy environment for activities like trampolining, gymnastics, diving, skiing, free running, and parkour. The club, accredited with BG ‘gymmark’, offers opportunities for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or gender, and always welcomes input and suggestions from its members.
Starlight is proud of its inclusive approach, affordable fees, and the support it provides for training courses, helping young people build their skills.
