Louise isn't just any yoga instructor; with 18 years of experience and training from The Friends of Yoga Society International and Yoga Mama in London, she's the real deal.

At The Yoga Woods, Louise aims to provide a serene space where folks can find peace in mind, body, and heart. Besides the usual yoga fare, Louise offers specialised pregnancy yoga classes that are great for expectant mothers. These take place in scenic spots across Romsey and the wider area of Hampshire.

The class schedule is pretty flexible: Hatha Yoga Mixed Ability on Mondays and Wednesdays, Restorative Yoga on Thursdays and Sundays, and pregnancy yoga on Saturday mornings—ideal from 14 weeks right up to the due date.
