Spotlights Dance Centre in Wokingham is the place to be if you're into Latin American, Ballroom, or Salsa dancing. Run by Sonia Cable, who’s got over 25 years of teaching under her belt, it’s got a lively vibe that's perfect for anyone wanting to get moving.

Sonia isn't just about the young folks – for the past 10 years, she's been running exercise classes for the over 60s, including Zumba Gold, music-based exercises, balance classes and Pilates. It's all about keeping fit and having a laugh with others in the same boat.

The dance centre’s been part of the Wokingham scene since 1997, so it’s well-respected. They’ve got adult ballroom and Latin classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, catering to both newbies and seasoned dancers.
