Push With Ush Fitness

Push With Ush Fitness is a personal training service based in Wokingham and led by Ush, a certified fitness trainer and personal coach. Ush's personal journey has been filled with challenges and failures, but her determination to always get back on track and refocus has led her to a career in fitness. She is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 1 Girls Gone Strong Coach.

As an online fitness coach, Ush offers one-on-one sessions that are both qualified and insured. She is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as a Pre and Post Natal Specialist. Ush's goal is to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised training and coaching.

In addition to her coaching services, Ush also runs an online shop where clients can find everything from clothing and equipment to supplements and books. The shop aims to provide clients with the resources they need to support their fitness journey.

Ush's own personal weight loss journey has been filled with ups and downs. After starting at a size 12 in high school, she eventually reached a size 24 and nearly 16 stone during her university years. However, a summer working in a summer camp in the USA helped her lose one stone. This experience motivated Ush to continue her weight loss journey when she returned to the UK.

She joined weight watchers and lost an additional 16lbs, but also developed an eating disorder and became an ill size 10.

A wakeup call came when Ush found herself in the hospital on a drip due to the effects of her eating disorder. This experience led her to start eating food again, but the weight crept back on, and she became a size 18. Determined to treat her body right, Ush found a coach and a studio called BoxBellFit. It was there that she fell in love with weight training and functional fitness.

Slowly, Ush started to lose weight, tone her body, and become happier and healthier.

Ush's personal transformation and love for fitness and weight training inspired her to become a Personal Trainer and online fitness coach herself. Her own trials and tribulations have given her an understanding and empathy for the mental battle that often accompanies physical fitness. Ush's ultimate goal is to own her own boutique gym and help other Asian women on their path to a freeing mindset, full health, and fitness.

For now, Ush is passionate about coaching her clients online and helping them achieve a healthy mind, body, and soul. She believes that fitness is not just physical, but also a mental journey. Ush is here to listen, train, and support her clients on their path to a healthy, fit, and strong body. She is motivated by her passion for fitness, food, wine, and travel, and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals.
