She graduated from the University of Bath in 2010 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and became a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer in 2016. Nicole has worked with clients of various levels, ranging from high-level competitors to casual enthusiasts. She empathises with her clients' goals and develops personalised treatment and/or fitness plans to help them pursue what they love.
Nicole's passion for health and fitness stems from her previous career as a professional athlete. She was a member of the Elite British Triathlon team, serving as a sighted guide for visually impaired athletes before transitioning to off-road multisport. She has achieved remarkable success in triathlons worldwide, including a bronze medal at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio and silver and bronze medals at the 2018 and 2019 Elite ITU Cross Triathlon World Championships. Nicole's personal experiences with injuries have fueled her interest in injury repair and rehabilitation.
She believes that her knowledge and expertise can help others achieve their sporting goals while enhancing their overall well-being.
