Located at the old Mill Isle health centre, this place has everything you need – an exercise studio, gym, and five treatment rooms for some top-notch therapies like acupuncture, osteopathy, and all kinds of massages.
The vibe here is super relaxed and friendly, with plenty of classes running throughout the day and evening for all fitness levels. And if you need a personalised gym plan, Caroline's your go-to trainer! Just remember to book your spots in advance because sessions are 55 minutes and fill up fast.
