The club operates from its own exclusive location, giving members access to top-notch facilities and equipment. All you need to start is a t-shirt and shorts, as the club provides spare shin guards and boxing gloves for beginners. As you progress, you will need to invest in your gear, including 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards, groyne guard, and a gum shield.

Spirit Dojo Legacy offers a variety of classes tailored to suit different skill levels and interests. They have Muay Thai/MMA Striking classes, technique and padwork sessions, BJJ/Submission Wrestling classes, and sparring classes. Beginners are encouraged to attend the technique and padwork sessions for a few months before joining the sparring classes.

Coach Semtex, the founder of Spirit Dojo Legacy, envisioned creating a training location where he could train without the need to travel to various facilities. The club started from the YMCA but had to move to its own exclusive location as it grew. With a focus on creating a family-like atmosphere, Spirit Dojo Legacy is suitable for professional fighters, beginners, and those seeking recreational benefits.
