In the first year of the Esoteric Yoga course, participants will gain a solid foundation in various aspects of traditional yoga. This includes learning 30 asanas (physical poses) with detailed instructions on proper technique, safe practise, and common errors to avoid. The focus of the practise goes beyond the physical aspect, encouraging a specific mental focus and awareness. As participants spend more time in each pose, often with eyes closed, it becomes a meditative experience, amplifying the benefits at physical, emotional, and mental levels.
