Our yoga classes are rooted in the ancient teachings of Hatha yoga, providing a mindful practise that focuses on flexibility, strength, and endurance. Led by a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, who has been practising for over 15 years and trained with the renowned Sivananda Institute, our classes offer a modern take on this ancient art form. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to cater to all levels and help you discover the transformative power of yoga.
In addition to yoga, we also offer regression therapy, a powerful technique that works on the mental and emotional level. Led by our trained therapist, who is certified by Tasso International, this therapy aims to provide clarity, direction, and focus by helping you uncover and heal past traumas and unresolved issues. By addressing these underlying factors, we empower you to break free from patterns that no longer serve you and create a life that aligns with your true desires.
At ShivGauree, we believe in a holistic approach to healing, which is why we also offer Reiki therapy and Tibetan Sound Healing. These modalities focus on restoring energetic balance and promoting deep relaxation, allowing you to release stress, anxiety, and tension. We also offer Cacao healing, a heart-opening practise that enhances self-love and connexion to others.
