At CrossFace, we also offer Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) classes led by Erik Paulson, a renowned martial artist and coach. CSW combines elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, catch wrestling, and kickboxing, providing a well-rounded and effective approach to self-defence and competition.
For those interested in striking arts, our Muay Thai and Savate classes are led by experienced coaches who emphasise proper technique, conditioning, and strategy. Whether your goal is competitive fighting or improving your fitness, our kickboxing classes provide a challenging and dynamic training experience.
We understand that everyone has different goals and commitments, which is why we offer flexible membership options. With no joining fee or contracts, our full membership provides unlimited access to all classes at CrossFace and NRG Gym Watford. Membership starts at 73 per month, allowing you to train as often as you like.
