The main focus at Senshi Martial Arts is kickboxing, specifically K-1 kickboxing. K-1 is a combat sport that combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines such as Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, Savate, San shou, Kickboxing, and traditional Boxing. In our K-1 classes, you'll learn a wide range of stand-up techniques that are geared towards full-contact fighting. However, sparring is completely optional and can be tailored to each individual's comfort level.
We also have kids classes that are designed specifically for children between the ages of 5 and 13. These classes follow the kickboxing curriculum and include pad work, fitness exercises, stretching, technique training, tournament preparation, and partner work. We also focus on teaching important life skills such as anti-bullying and stranger awareness. Our goal is to increase your child's confidence, fitness, balance, coordination, and discipline while instilling a positive attitude towards challenges.
