
Join You 1st Yoga | Rebecca Whitrow for the Self Care Slow Flow Saturdays May/June Session. This event is the first of an 8-part series designed to help participants explore the flow of postures, controlled breathing, and meditation. Whether attending in person at 217 Pickeral St. Alta Vista, SK Canada, or joining via Zoom, participants can expect a slow flowing class aimed at cultivating self-care, calm, strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels are welcome, and participants will leave feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. The class provides blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters; attendees can bring their own yoga mat or borrow one.
For those joining via Zoom, the link will be sent to your inbox for easy access. Participants are encouraged to turn off their microphone once the class begins and keep their video on if comfortable. Props like toilet paper rolls, towels, a scarf, and pillows can be used in place of traditional yoga props for home practice. Payment can be made via credit card, cash at the class, or e-transfer. For those interested in on-demand yoga classes, the You 1st - Self Care Club is available for additional sessions.
