Immerse yourself in a 45-minute slow flow yoga practice focused on self-care and inner peace at You 1st Yoga | Rebecca Whitrow! This series of 7 events running from April to May provides a serene sanctuary where participants can synchronize movement with breath, engage in meditation, and tune in to their body's needs. Whether you're looking to build strength, enhance flexibility, or restore balance in your life, practitioners of all levels are welcomed to join in.
The sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm, designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and renewed. All necessary yoga equipment will be provided for your comfort. Remember to secure your spot by registering, as a minimum of 7 participants is required to run the class. The cost for the series is $130, payable in cash, cheque, or e-transfer at the first session.
Exciting additional opportunities for self-care include Zoom classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays, as well as on-demand classes in the Self Care Club.
