
Join the 3rd event of the 7-part series 'Self Care Slow Flow Lunchtime' at Flow Health Center. This 45-minute slow flow yoga class is specifically designed to help cultivate self-care and inner peace. The practice focuses on gentle movements synchronized with breathing, incorporating moments of meditation to create a sanctuary for slowing down, listening to the body, calming the mind, and uplifting the spirit. Whether a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is open to all levels. Taking place on Wednesdays from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm in April and May, excluding May 1st, the session aims to leave participants feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters are provided for comfort. To secure a spot, simply click the registration link or text 306-535-4993. The cost for the series is $130, payable at the first class via cash, cheque, or e-transfer. In case one can't commit to the in-person session, consider joining the Zoom classes on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm or Saturdays at 9 am, or access on-demand classes in the Self Care Club for additional opportunities to nurture oneself.
