Teen Yoga provides a safe and welcoming space for adolescents to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Preschool classes combine music, art, and games to introduce children aged 3-5 to the physical and emotional benefits of yoga. Tweens classes (ages 9-11) focus on cultivating self-worth, body awareness, and social skills to nurture a strong mind and body.
For kids aged 6-8, our Kids Yoga classes offer a fun and engaging introduction to traditional yoga poses, mindfulness, and calming breathing techniques. Through music, games, and activities, children learn valuable skills while having a blast in a supportive community.
