Sarasvati Sally Dawson is a highly experienced Yoga instructor based in Mordialloc, Australia. With over 25 years of personal practise and teaching experience, Sally is dedicated to helping her students achieve physical wellbeing and inner freedom through Yoga and Meditation.
Sally's belief is that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or shape. She welcomes beginners and offers appropriate modifications for those with injuries or who are pregnant. Whether you are just starting your Yoga journey or have been practising for years, Sally is knowledgeable and skilled in guiding you towards your personal goals.
In addition to her classes, Sally also offers a variety of resources to support her students' practise. She maintains a blog called “Fluff-free freedom” where she shares insights and life-changing experiences from her own Yoga journey. Sally's dedication to her practise extends beyond the mat. She acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional custodians of the land on which she operates, the Boonwurang people of the Kulin Nation.
