BEGINNERS Northampton Studio My beginners' classes are specifically tailored for those who are new to yoga or looking to deepen their understanding and practise. YOGA NIDRA Northampton & Online Yoga Nidra is a powerful practise of deep relaxation and meditation. In these sessions, participants are guided through a script while lying down, allowing the body and mind to enter a state of complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is beneficial for stress reduction, improving sleep quality, and promoting mental and emotional well-being. We offer Yoga Nidra sessions both in-person at our Northampton studio and online, providing flexibility and accessibility to individuals from all locations.
