Catherine Guest, the founder and main instructor at Sail Loft Yoga Studio, brings years of experience and dedication to her teaching. With a focus on the Ashtanga tradition, Catherines classes are guided by the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Her special interest in therapeutic yoga has led to extensive training with senior teachers in the field, providing students with a well-rounded and holistic yoga practice.
