Among the offered services are one-on-one Reiki Healing Treatments and Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Therapy sessions, each lasting an hour. The crystal sound bowls help balance chakras and release blockages, enveloping clients in calming sound vibrations that alleviate stress and anxiety, improve sleep and relieve pain.
Nicola also organises Group Alchemy Sound Bowl Healing sessions on Thursdays. These 90-minute gatherings cater to up to seven people and use sound bowls to guide participants into deep relaxation and meditation, providing a collective rejuvenating experience.
