Rottingdean Croquet Club, located in the picturesque village of Rottingdean on the coast, is a vibrant and friendly club that has been serving the community since the 1980s. Situated in the walled garden of the former home of renowned author Rudyard Kipling, the club offers a unique and serene setting for croquet enthusiasts.

The club boasts one three-quarter-sized lawn, meticulously maintained and surrounded by colourful flower beds, creating a visually stunning backdrop for the games. In addition to the well-kept lawn, there is a small clubhouse where members can relax and socialise before or after their matches.

With approximately sixty full playing members, Rottingdean Croquet Club provides a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels. Both Golf Croquet and Association Croquet are offered, and regular coaching sessions are available in both formats.

The club understands the importance of fostering camaraderie and offers weekly timetabled Open Play Sessions, where players from all levels can participate and mingle. This creates an inclusive and friendly atmosphere that encourages personal growth and skill development.
