Croquet is played on a grass lawn course with small plastic or wooden balls and a mallet. Using the mallet, players must hit the balls under small hoops which are positioned around the course. Two forms of the game, the Association Croquet and Golf Croquet, have rules that are agreed internationally and are played in many countries around the world.
