Rosie, the founder of Rosieglo Yoga, is a qualified and registered Advanced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. She has over 20 years of experience practising yoga and has a deep understanding of its transformative power.
Rosie applies her knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and specialised yoga practises to demystify yoga and make it accessible for all.
Our studio is conveniently located on Old Station Drive, just off Leckhampton Road. It is easily accessible by foot, bike, or car, with ample parking available nearby. The studio is spacious and welcoming, with lots of natural light and treetop views. We strive to create a calm and supportive atmosphere where you can unwind, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
