Root to Rise Yoga is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in Amherst, founded by Julie Ripley-Gould E-RYT in 2015. With over 2000 teaching hours under her belt, Julie is dedicated to creating a safe space where students of all levels can practice yoga.
At Root to Rise Yoga, classes are gentle and offer various modifications to make the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of their mobility. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will find a supportive community and a nurturing environment at our studio.
If you are looking to drop into a class, you can easily purchase a drop-in class for the current week for $15 through our website. Not tech-savvy? No worries, you can also email us to inquire about available spots or sign up for a class.
For those looking to commit to their practice, we offer series packages at a discounted price. By signing up for a series before the month begins, you can enjoy multiple classes per week without the hassle of having to sign up before each class. Choose from a 4 class pack (1 class per week for $55), an 8 class pack (2 classes per week for $110), a 12 class pack (3 classes per week for $135), or a 16 class pack (4 classes per week for $150).
