The director of the Atlantic Hockey Group, Charlie Bourgeois, brings over 12 years of professional hockey experience to the program. With a coaching career that includes stints in Europe and the AHL, as well as a championship win with the Universit de Moncton hockey program, Charlie is committed to helping players reach their full potential on and off the ice. The Atlantic Hockey Group boasts an impressive list of alumni, with former players who have gone on to play in the NHL, including Sidney Crosby, Nathan MacKinnon, and Brad Marchand.

With a coaching network of over 500 members, the Atlantic Hockey Group focuses on player development through specialized drills and exercises. The club maintains a low player-coach ratio to ensure intensive and effective training sessions for all participants.
