Rescheduling must occur within the same month and drop-ins without prior booking are not allowed. Booking is essential and can be made 24 hours in advance. The timetable for bootcamp sessions includes sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:15 am, Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm, and Saturday at 8:30 am.
