The studio offers virtual sessions via Zoom until it re-opens for in-person classes. These virtual sessions allow individuals to connect with and understand their bodies better, working on strength, flexibility, realignment, and overall improvement. It also offers mindful meditation and relaxation sessions on its YouTube channel, providing a space for individuals to relax their minds and find serenity amidst life's challenges.
With 22 years of experience, Caron has continually strived to provide excellence in teaching and mentoring, ensuring positive transformations in every client. The studio is fully equipped with large Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder barrel, as well as mat-work equipment. Group, 1:1, duet, and trio sessions are available to cater to diverse needs.
Caron's expertise extends beyond Pilates. With additional qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, she offers sessions to empower clients in living a balanced and healthier life. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is also provided, further emphasising the mind-body connexion and promoting overall well-being.
