Woburn Sands Gymnastics

Woburn Sands Gymnastics is a highly regarded family-run gymnastics school located in Woburn Sands, New Zealand. With a focus on allowing every child to reach their full potential, our experienced and caring team of coaches deliver a comprehensive gymnastics programme. Through a combination of fun and games, our coaches ensure that each student develops good basic gymnastic skills while also preparing them physically for future gymnastics pursuits or maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

At Woburn Sands Gymnastics, we offer various incentive schemes and have a well-established structure that enables us to groom gymnasts for success at County, Regional, and National levels. To ensure that every child is placed in an appropriate class, we offer trial sessions where they are assessed and assigned a suitable placement.

Our classes are open to children aged 3 years and up. To meet the criteria for registration with British Gymnastics, all our coaches must maintain the correct qualifications. Additionally, our coaches are fully insured, undergo DBS checks, complete Safeguarding training, and possess first aid qualifications, ensuring the safety of all our students.

Established in 1999, our gym is located at Fulbrook Middle School on Weathercock Lane in Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes. We provide a comprehensive range of classes throughout the week. On Mondays, we offer General Gymnastics for Beginners from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, General Gymnastics for Advanced students from 6:10 to 8:10 pm, and Artistic Gymnastics for Advanced and Development levels from 6:10 to 8:10 pm. On Tuesdays, we have General Gymnastics for Beginners from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, General Gymnastics for Advanced and Improvers from 6:10 to 8:10 pm, and Artistic Gymnastics for Advanced and Development levels from 6:10 to 8:10 pm. Fridays include General Gymnastics for Improvers from 5:15 to 6:15 pm, General Gymnastics Teens for Advanced students from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, and Artistic Gymnastics for Advanced and Development levels from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Finally, Saturdays offer Mini-Movers from 9:00 to 9:45 am, General Gymnastics for Beginners from 10:00 to 11:00 am, General Gymnastics for Improvers from 11:10 am to 12:40 pm, General Gymnastics for Advanced and Improvers from 12:45 to 2:45 pm, and Artistic Gymnastics for Advanced and Development levels from 2:45 to 4:45 pm.
