Nestled in the woodland of South-West England, the upcoming early May Bank Holiday weekend promises a rejuvenating experience filled with meditation, yoga, breathwork, nourishing food, and wholesome activities.
Participants can look forward to mornings waking up to the tranquil sounds of birdsong, followed by yoga sessions in a stunning studio surrounded by nature and supplied with top-quality, eco-friendly props. Delicious, organic, home-cooked meals will be served, offering a taste of medicinal foods to nourish the body. Quiet reading corners, invigorating forest walks, pottery classes, and cooking workshops will all be on the agenda.
The retreat package includes 4 days of relaxation and 3 nights of accommodation in luxury bedrooms or exquisite yurts complete with log burners. All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are provided, along with yoga classes, meditation sessions, and necessary yoga equipment. Additional activities such as pottery classes, a sourdough and fermentation workshop, wild swimming, and a sauna experience will also be available.
Located in a serene village in Hampshire, the retreat venue gives guests access to the entire house, garden, studio garden, and yoga space throughout their stay. Options for accommodation range from a luxurious master bedroom to two further double rooms or handmade luxury yurts.
Hosted by yoga teacher and part-time cook, Louise de Menthon, the retreat aims to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can deepen their yoga practice and feel at ease. Chef Georgie Soskin of Little Plough Kitchen will provide exceptional, healthy meals and lead the sourdough workshop, while guest teacher and wild swimming host Jo Caley will offer yoga classes and access to The Fallen Willow Sauna. Established studio potter Emily Myers will lead pottery classes, adding a touch of creativity to the experience.
