Located in the picturesque wilderness of Hampshire, Loup Yoga Studio is an eco-friendly yoga space that prides itself on providing a sustainable and organic environment for its students. The studio is run by senior teacher Louise de Menthon, who has over 600 hours of training and 2,000+ hours of teaching experience. As a Yoga Alliance Registered Senior Yoga teacher, Louise is passionate about sharing the practise of yoga to help others foster a deep connexion to themselves, others, and the world.

Louise has worked at some of London's most respected studios and has also conducted teacher trainings in Power/Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. With her gentle and kind-hearted approach, she guides her students to focus on intentions, breathing, and strength, offering a life-changing experience in her classes.

In addition to in-studio classes, Loup Yoga also provides online classes through Power + Grace, a platform where students can practise yoga with Louise starting at just 3 per class. The online collection includes unique series such as The Beginner Series and The Embodied Movement Series.

Apart from yoga, Louise also shares her passion for sustainable eating by sharing her recipes. She believes in creating in the kitchen with a focus on sustainable eating practises. Additionally, she explores yoga philosophy through her blog, offering a broad overview as well as deeper insights into each limb of yoga, the aims of life, afflictions, and the two aspects of practise.

Loup Yoga Studio also offers workshops and retreats for students to deepen their practise. The Beginners Workshop, for example, provides a space for newcomers to learn the basics of yoga, while the May Retreat offers a gorgeous retreat experience.

Located at Church View, Church Lane, Tangley, the studio provides a tranquil environment for students to practise. The studio's sustainable ethos is reflected in the use of raw and natural materials in its construction, and only sustainable and organic brands are used throughout. The studio also encourages students to park their cars in the gravel car park, respecting the natural surroundings.
