Participants will engage in body movement, asanas, breath awareness, meditations, pranayama, and kriyas, allowing for a complete transformation on all levels of being. Classes will take place at Audra's studio, and drop-in registration is priced at $17.00 plus hst. To ensure a smooth transition, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session's start time.
