In our Kirtan Meditation classes, we create a peaceful and welcoming environment where participants can experience the healing effects of music and chanting. No previous experience or singing ability is necessary, as the focus is on the meditative aspect of the practise.
Kirtan Meditation and Relaxation have numerous benefits for both the mind and body. These practises help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, promoting a sense of inner peace and calm. They also improve mental clarity, enhance creativity, and increase self-awareness. Physically, they promote deep relaxation and improve sleep quality.

At Redland Yoga and Meditation – Alexandra Hills, we offer Kirtan Meditation and Relaxation classes throughout the week. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We offer a special introductory offer of $35 for a 6-class pass. Casual prices for our classes are $15, with discounted rates available for concessions.
Please note that Eftpos facilities are not available on Monday and Thursday evenings at the Wynnum/Manly Community Centre.
