Raupatu Fitness runs on weekdays starting bright and early at 6am and staying open till 8pm, with Thursday evenings a bit shorter. On weekends, they’re open from 8am to 10pm, so there’s always a time slot to squeeze in a workout.
New members kick off with a free assessment with one of the coaches. Depending on the assessment, Anne might suggest the Fundamentals programme at $25 per session to get you prepped for their Strength & Conditioning classes.
