For those seeking a more immersive experience, Posture Positive offers a 5-day retreat at their picturesque studio retreat. This retreat, held once a year, takes place on the Sunshine Coast and includes luscious organic meals, breath techniques, ice baths, morning yoga, swim sessions, and mountain hikes. Participants can reset and restore their minds and bodies while being surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the hinterland.
