Our outdoor fitness sessions are back this Autumn and Winter, taking place in local parks. No two sessions are ever the same, and we incorporate a wide variety of training techniques, including HIIT, steady state interval training, hill training, circuits, plyometrics, isometrics, tabata, resistance, endurance, and strength and conditioning sessions. This ensures that you get a well-rounded workout that challenges your body in different ways.
