Joanna's fitness journey started early with triathlons, marathons, and adventure races. During a fitness weekend, she discovered Pilates and fell in love with it instantly. After training in Cyprus, she earned qualifications in level 3 personal training and sports massage. Joanna then worked at a gym teaching various classes.
Her passion for Pilates led her to further training and eventually setting up her own classes. She also freelanced as an exercise instructor in multiple gyms. Joanna now offers a range of Pilates classes at her own studio.
