Pink Ladies Pole and Aerial Fitness is a fitness studio located in Colchester, Essex. They offer a range of pole and aerial fitness classes that are designed to provide a fun and empowering workout experience for women of all ages and fitness levels.
The classes at Pink Ladies Pole and Aerial Fitness are focused on pole exercises that work the whole body, targeting specific areas that women often find challenging to train, such as the core, upper body, thighs, and buttocks. This unique form of fitness has been proven to burn more calories than traditional strength training methods.
In addition to the physical benefits, participating in these classes can provide a significant boost in confidence. As students see changes in their body's appearance and become stronger, their self-esteem soars. The welcoming and non-judgmental environment created by the fully qualified and enthusiastic instructors allows students to learn new techniques and achieve their fitness goals without fear of competition or criticism.
Pink Ladies Pole and Aerial Fitness also offers a selection of exciting and fun party options, perfect for hen nights, birthday celebrations, or simply a memorable girly get-together.
1. What should I wear for my pole class? Suitable gym wear includes shorts, leggings, three-quarters, jogging bottoms, t-shirts, and vests. Bare legs are preferable for gripping the pole, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
2. What should I wear for my aerial class? Suitable gym wear includes leggings, three-quarters, jogging bottoms, and a long-sleeved t-shirt. It is essential to cover your armpits and knees.
3. Do I need to bring anything? It is advisable to bring a small towel for personal hygiene and a non-spill water bottle. However, there will be cups and drinking water available at the studio.
4. What happens if I miss a class? If multiple pole classes are available per week, students are entitled to a free catch-up session on an alternative day if they miss a class within their six-week course. This catch-up session must be taken within the six-week period and cannot be carried over to the next course.
A 24-hour notice is required to qualify for a free catch-up session. Unfortunately, due to the limited availability of aerial classes, free catch-ups are currently unavailable for these classes.
5. What if I'm not good at it, too old, too unfit, or out of shape? There is no need to worry, as all classes and moves are adapted to suit each individual. The main focus is on having fun and enjoying the workout experience.
6. Rules and regulations: Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend pole parties. Classes are open to individuals from 16 years old, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or have written consent.
Join the Pink Ladies Pole and Aerial Fitness Studio to improve your posture, coordination, flexibility, upper body strength, and confidence while having a fantastic time.
