In addition to personal training, I am also a qualified Pilates instructor. I trained with top Training in London, following the classic Joseph Pilates Mat method strictly. Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise that helps to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. I incorporate Pilates exercises into my personal training sessions to enhance the effectiveness of the workouts.

Furthermore, I have recently trained with HFE to become a Hatha Yoga teacher. Yoga is a practise that I have personally enjoyed for many years, and I am thrilled to share my passion with others. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all abilities and offers numerous benefits such as strength building, increased flexibility, improved balance, stress reduction, and better sleep. In my classes, I also incorporate breath work (pranayama) and meditation for a well-rounded experience.

I am fully insured and hold a Level 3 REPS qualification, ensuring that I have the highest level of personal training knowledge. I continue to expand my knowledge and skills to provide the best health management and exercise regimes to my clients. Additionally, I am qualified in Pre and Post Natal and GP Exercise Referral, allowing me to work with a wide range of individuals including new mothers and those with specific medical considerations.

I offer a range of services including outdoor bootcamp classes, indoor fitness classes, personal training sessions, and Pilates instruction. I also organise fitness retreat weekends and cater to corporate bookings.
