As a Pilates instructor, I follow the classic Joseph Pilates Mat method strictly. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture. It is suitable for all fitness levels and ages, and can be especially beneficial for those with back or neck pain. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve a strong, balanced, and aligned body through Pilates.
In addition, I am also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years, and I decided to deepen my knowledge and share the benefits of yoga with others. Hatha Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that combines physical postures (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) and meditation. It can improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
My yoga classes are suitable for all abilities, and I provide modifications and props such as chairs for those who may need extra support.
