Furthermore, I have recently trained with HFE to become a Hatha Yoga teacher. Yoga is a practise that I have personally enjoyed for many years, and I am thrilled to share my passion with others. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all abilities and offers numerous benefits such as strength building, increased flexibility, improved balance, stress reduction, and better sleep. In my classes, I also incorporate breath work (pranayama) and meditation for a well-rounded experience.
I am fully insured and hold a Level 3 REPS qualification, ensuring that I have the highest level of personal training knowledge.
