Pilates is an exercise system that strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves overall health through movements designed to stretch and strengthen your body. The practice benefits both your mind and body through healthy, deep breathing.
We offer private one-on-one sessions, duet sessions for two students with one instructor, and group mat classes. We also provide specialized training on Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair.
Mat classes start at $20 per session, duet sessions at $45, and private sessions at $75, with discounted packages available for 5 and 10-session commitments.
