With a long-standing tradition of excellence in squash, Phoenix Squash & Fitness has established itself as a prominent member of the regional and local squash leagues. Our air-conditioned gym is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art exercise equipment to cater to all your fitness needs. Our friendly and qualified staff are always on hand to provide personalised guidance and tailor workouts to suit your individual goals and abilities. Phoenix Squash & Fitness is housed in an iconic building that used to be an old picture house, converted to a squash club over 40 years ago. Despite a major setback caused by a fire 15 years ago, our club has continued to thrive and expand its facilities to accommodate a wider range of sports and social interests. In addition to our emphasis on general fitness and squash, we also offer a dance studio where you can enjoy a variety of dance and exercise programmes. The dance studio is also a fantastic venue for parties and special occasions, boasting a fully licenced bar and ample parking space.

We are open throughout the day and evening, providing a friendly and welcoming space where you can enjoy sports, exercise, or simply catch up with friends. Our opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-1pm.
