Penzance Ballet

Penzance Ballet runs adult classical ballet classes in Penzance at YMCA Cornwall, with sessions for beginners, improvers and mixed experience levels. The programme suits people wanting low impact exercise, improved posture, balance and coordination, as well as those who want a more challenging pace with turns and jumps. Classes are taught by professionally trained ISTD registered teacher Rachel Puddiphatt, with options to work comfortably at your own level on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
