Sarah teaches Dru Yoga and Flexercise, aiming to keep your body in top shape and tailoring postures to fit you. Dru Yoga mixes classical poses with breath work, positive vibes, and flowing sequences. Flexercise combines physical workouts, yoga, and movement to help with posture, balance, strength, and energy.
Lotus Flower Yoga Penzance offers both group and one-on-one classes. Sarah’s sessions are chill and non-competitive, creating a supportive space for everyone to stretch and relax. From April to September, there are beach yoga classes where you can enjoy stunning views and fresh air.
Indoor classes run all year at various spots. Thursday evenings are for yoga in Newlyn, with special candlelight sessions in winter.
