The studio offers both Pilates Matwork and Reformer classes, allowing clients to choose the style that suits their preferences and goals. Alex, the founder of Paisley Pilates, is a qualified Pilates instructor who obtained her accredited Matwork Qualification in December 2011 after training under Suzanne Scott and her team at the Scott Studio in Somerset. Alex is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for Pilates with others, and her dedication to helping clients improve their overall well-being is evident in her teaching.
