Welcome to Own Your Health Collective, a wellness centre located in Keilor East, Australia. Founded by Natalie and Lisa, two fully accredited coaches with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing, our centre is dedicated to helping women reach their peak in life and work.

Natalie specialises in mindset and behavioural coaching, utilising lifestyle medicine techniques such as yoga and mindfulness to create personalised strategies that promote emotional balance and mental clarity. Lisa's approach focuses on essential physical and mental health pillars, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, to encourage healthy change for optimal wellbeing, energy, and resilience.

At Own Your Health Collective, we believe in designing future-forward workplaces that recognise and support women's health from menstrual cycles to menopause. We understand the unique biological needs of women and aim to develop lifestyle plans and strategies that align with these needs, allowing women to harness the benefits of each life phase in their careers and overall health.

Our mission is to create and foster menstrual and menopause-friendly workplaces. We aim to shift mindsets, cultivate positive and inclusive cultures, and help businesses retain experienced women as they continue to thrive in their careers.

Our approach involves customising strategies for each individual, educating and supporting both individuals and teams, and building inclusive and connected work environments. We have worked with various clients in the past, including the City of Moreland Council, and have received positive feedback for our tips and strategies that make a real difference in people's lives.
