OneLife Pilates is a Pilates studio located in the beautiful coastal town of Mount Martha. Led by certified Pilates practitioner Sam Hamilton, this studio offers a unique and holistic approach to Pilates training and movement therapy.
Sam is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through Pilates. With a focus on client-centred practise, she sees each session as an opportunity to connect with and educate her clients about their own bodies. She believes that through more focus, confidence, and efficient pain-free movement, clients can live fuller lives.
Certified by the APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) and a member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia, Sam is highly experienced and knowledgeable in the field of Pilates and movement therapy. She is committed to providing high-quality instruction and ensuring that each client has an enjoyable experience.
At OneLife Pilates, studio classes are conducted in an intimate and welcoming setting. These sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each client. Whether it's for addressing specific goals or rehabilitation of an injury, clients can expect a personalised approach. The studio is equipped with a variety of Pilates equipment, allowing for a diverse and effective workout experience.
The Pilates Principles are at the core of every session at OneLife Pilates. These evidence-based principles are supported by current research in biomechanics and physiology. The programming at the studio focuses on exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, core strengthening, joint stability, injury prevention and management, improving posture, movement precision, and treating and managing movement dysfunction. Pre and postnatal strength and conditioning programmes are also available.
Studio Pilates sessions are offered in small group settings of 1:2 as well as private and semi-private sessions. For clients with specific pain pathologies and conditions, an initial assessment appointment is recommended before starting a studio session. Sam also collaborates with other allied health practitioners to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment plans for clients.
