Pre and postnatal strength and conditioning programmes are also available.

Studio Pilates sessions are offered in small group settings of 1:2 as well as private and semi-private sessions. For clients with specific pain pathologies and conditions, an initial assessment appointment is recommended before starting a studio session. Sam also collaborates with other allied health practitioners to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment plans for clients.
